How can I track my order?

We will email you once your order is placed, as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

If you have a Primeval Gear account, sign in to your account. You’ll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.

If you don’t have an account, your order shipping confirmation email will have an order tracking link.

What happens when my item is backordered?

Items that aren’t available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We’ll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we’ll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on a case by case basis, please see our Returns page for additional details.

Is there a time limit? What if the item(s) is worn?

Yes, all returns or exchanges for regular merchandise must be made within 14 days of your order.  If you receive a defective item you must notify us within 5 business days so that we may replace the item for you.  All merchandise you wish to return or exchange must be in new, unworn, unwashed and in the original package to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How do I create a Primeval Gear account?

Go to our website and click on the “My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the page.

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept the following:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

It depends where your order is being shipped. See our Sales Tax policy on our “Order Info” page located in the footer.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer several types of shipping, which vary in cost.

How do I use a promo code?

You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. To retrieve your gift or discount, enter the code in the promotion code field during Checkout.  Promotions may be limited to purchases for a specified group of items or a minimum order price. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts.
